With a particular focus on commercial and residential real estate projects, Nathan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to JWPC’s clientele.

Before joining JWPC, Nathan served as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at the prestigious Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic within the esteemed University of Michigan Law School. In this role, he mentored and guided clinical law students, equipping them with valuable transactional law practice skills. Additionally, Nathan provided legal guidance to community- and student-founded startups, offering comprehensive support from business inception to strategic investment preparation.
Prior to his tenure at the University of Michigan, Nathan honed his skills as a Corporate Associate at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, a distinguished regional law firm based in Ohio. During his time there, he specialized in real estate and finance matters, demonstrating his proficiency in various general transactional areas.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Nathan finds inspiration in exploring the intersection of small businesses and responsible community development. His diverse range of hobbies, including running, yoga, cooking, reading, and discovering new places, further fuels his creativity and dedication to making a positive impact.
