February 18, 2028
Denver, CO – Jason Wiener|p.c., a public benefit corporation, is delighted to announce the promotion of Nathan Sisodia to Senior Associate, effective immediately.
Firm founder Jason Wiener shared: “Nathan has demonstrated a clear and consistent progression into true matter ownership and senior-level judgment. He brings rigor, integrity, and intention to every client engagement, and I trust his decision-making implicitly — even when the answer is uncertain. Nathan has shown the ambition to secure and steward client relationships, to navigate ambiguity, and to move clients toward action on complex, first-of-their-kind projects. Those are exactly the qualities we look for in a senior associate, and I’m thrilled to see Nathan step into this role.”
Managing partner Jacqueline Radebaugh added: “Clients consistently respond to his calm, grounded presence and thoughtful advice, and they return to him even as matters transition across the firm — a powerful signal of trust. Nathan has also taken entrepreneurial initiative in developing our legal audit offering, turning an idea into a real service line for the firm. His growth in both substantive cooperative law and client leadership makes this promotion well deserved.”
Since joining Jason Wiener|p.c., Nathan has become a key contributor to the firm’s cooperative, employee-ownership, and mission-driven business practice. He has led complex cooperative formations (including multi-state and specialized structures), contributed to innovative capital raising and fund design matters, and helped expand the firm’s footprint in emerging and community-centered markets, including work related to Michigan cooperative law and Chicago-based ecosystem building.
Before joining JWPC, Nathan served as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic within the University of Michigan Law School. In this role, he mentored and guided clinical law students, equipping them with valuable transactional law practice skills. Additionally, Nathan provided legal guidance to community- and student-founded startups, offering comprehensive support from business inception to strategic investment preparation.
Prior to his tenure at the University of Michigan, Nathan honed his skills as a Corporate Associate at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, a distinguished regional law firm based in Ohio. During his time there, he specialized in real estate and finance matters, demonstrating his proficiency in a range of general transactional areas.
Nathan’s promotion to Senior Associate reflects both his individual growth and the firm’s continued investment in building a seasoned, values-driven team serving cooperatives, employee-owned enterprises, and other organizations advancing a more just and sustainable economy.
