Julian is a transactional attorney focused on helping founders, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven businesses navigate formation, governance, financing, and strategic growth. His practice includes advising clients on entity formation, capitalization strategy, corporate governance, venture financing, strategic investments, commercial agreements, and fundraising readiness across a variety of industries, including renewable energy, consumer products, technology, and emerging sectors.

Before joining Jason Wiener | p.c., Julian worked across law firm, venture capital, startup, and in-house environments. His experience includes supporting venture financings and growth-stage companies at Gunderson Dettmer, advising executive leadership on legal and strategic initiatives at Mindful Care, and co-founding EverPresent Ventures, a seed-stage investment vehicle focused on early-stage technology companies. Prior to entering the legal profession, Julian worked in Colorado’s renewable energy industry and co-founded Energize Puerto Rico, an initiative dedicated to supporting renewable energy deployment and community recovery efforts following Hurricane Maria.

Julian is motivated by the belief that entrepreneurship can be a powerful force for creating economic opportunity, solving meaningful problems, and building more resilient communities. He enjoys working with founders who are building innovative businesses while remaining committed to long-term stakeholder value and positive social impact.

Outside of work, Julian enjoys basketball, music, chess, trail running, snowboarding, and exploring Colorado.
