Martina is a small business and intellectual property attorney with a focus on startups, brand identity and protection, copyrights/trademarks. Martina is motivated by the idea that when members of BIPOC communities are empowered with the tools to successfully start and sustain a business, that they are in turn empowered to protect their businesses and confidently continue to operate their businesses in any economy.

Prior to joining the firm, Martina clerked in the New Jersey Superior Court for the Honorable Sheila Ann Venable, P.J. Martina’s criminal law background informs her work by reminding her of the systemic implications of supporting small business owners.

In her free time, Martina enjoys watching documentaries and spending time with her one year old pup, Salem (affectionately named after her Alma Mater).
